What Are these Classes:​

DDMix The aim of DDMIX is to get people moving without being intimidated by the word ‘dance’ or the technicality of the steps, but instead to give a full body workout that is such fun that you don’t even notice that you are exercising. With the vast number of dance styles around the world to choose from, no one will ever get bored!

Pilates Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility

Ballet Balance is a combination of Yoga and Pilates with ballet at its core.  It is wonderful for de-stressing, increasing flexibility and core strength and enhancing wellbeing.

Stretch and Flex a lunch time session for those wanting some time away from the office and work on strength and flexibility.  Give your lunchtimes a boost and your body some conditioning.

Cardio Tap Blast is a high energy calorie burner!  Learn the basics of tap and get that heart pumping and build your stamina!
