What Are these Classes:​

Ballet Balance is a combination of Yoga and Pilates with ballet at its core.  It is wonderful for de-stressing, increasing flexibility and core strength and enhancing wellbeing.

Stretch and Flex a lunch time session for those wanting some time away from the office and work on strength and flexibility.  Give your lunchtimes a boost and your body some conditioning.

Cardio Tap Blast is a high energy calorie burner!  Learn the basics of tap and get that heart pumping and build your stamina!

You don't need to have any previous experience and each session will build skills that work toward a particular dance or achievement at the end of the 6 weeks.
