DDMIX is a full body aerobic workout based on a wide range of different dance styles with easy to follow steps. The aim is to get people moving without being intimidated by the word ‘dance’ or the technicality of the steps, but instead to give a full body workout that is such fun that you don’t even notice that you are exercising.
With the vast number of dance styles around the world to choose from, no one will ever get bored!
Pilates Pilates is an extremely safe and effective exercise programme conceived and designed to restore optimal alignment and movement patterns. It focuses on correct functioning of the core postural muscles which help keep the spine correctly aligned as well as working on the strength, mobility and flexibility of the whole body.
Pilates is a functional form of exercise in that it was created with health benefits in mind to enable you to live your life in the best physical condition and with a deep sense of wellbeing. With regular practice, muscle imbalances responsible for poor posture will be corrected. The level of focus and concentration required to breathe and perform the exercises correctly makes Pilates a mind/body form of exercise, improving body awareness, reducing stress and improving mood.
Full Body Fusion A moderate to high level resistance class designed to improve strength, power, speed and endurance whilst also focusing on core and balance.
With fun and variation at the heart of the workout no session will ever be the same: SUPER SETS, GIANT SETS, CIRCUITS, HIIT, EMOM, AMRAP, TABATA...you name it, we'll do it!!
Nervous? Don't be....you will always be provided with regressions and progressions so that you can work to your own capability - but do expect to move lots, sweat and burn!
HR114 - Ladies that Lunch! A light to moderate level full body resistance class. Focusing on low intensity and low impact exercises, this class is specifically designed for lunch times: muscle burn with minimal sweat!
Boxing HIIT - Ladies that Punch! A high intensity, high energy cardio non contact workout suitable for all levels of fitness and no experience necessary. Punch and kick your way into a healthier lifestyle, it's the perfect way to destress from a long day or to wake you up first thing in the morning!

Only £30 for 4 weeks + no contract or joining fee.
Sign up today and pay only £10 for a week long all access pass for all in-person and online classes. Upgrade at the end of your week's trial for the rest of the month and we'll deduct the £10 paid.
Option of remote login to any class via Zoom so you never have to miss a class, login information available in our members only area - link below.
