Danced based fitness
DDMIX is a full body aerobic workout based on a wide range of different dance styles with easy to follow steps. The aim is to get people moving without being intimidated by the word ‘dance’ or the technicality of the steps, but instead to give a full body workout that is such fun that you don’t even notice that you are exercising.
With the vast number of dance styles around the world to choose from, no one will ever get bored!
Strength and flexibility training
Pilates is an extremely safe and effective exercise programme conceived and designed to restore optimal alignment and movement patterns. It focuses on correct functioning of the core postural muscles which help keep the spine correctly aligned as well as working on the strength, mobility and flexibility of the whole body.
Pilates is a functional form of exercise in that it was created with health benefits in mind to enable you to live your life in the best physical condition and with a deep sense of wellbeing. With regular practice, muscle imbalances responsible for poor posture will be corrected. The level of focus and concentration required to breathe and perform the exercises correctly makes Pilates a mind/body form of exercise, improving body awareness, reducing stress and improving mood.

Ballet improves posture, general health and co-ordination whilst giving the opportunity for expression and communication through music and movement.
Whether you have danced as a child or never danced before you will find the joy of learning a new skill with our adult Ballet classes.

Cardio and Strength training
Fitness Pilates is a class that focuses on the body as a human kinetic chain by applying the fundamentals of Pilates technique & exercises. It aims to offset musculoskeletal imbalances and helps to improve posture, increase muscular balance & overall core strength.
It is a group exercise programme designed to enhance posture, strength balance & stability. Based upon teachings of Joseph Pilates & effective exercise prescription.
One class per week = £7.50
Two - Three classes per week = £10
