Cheerleading
Junior Year 2 to Year 4
Inter/Senior Year 5+

Cheerleading is a team activity blending dance, gymnastics, and stunts to motivate sports teams, entertain crowds, and compete in its own right as a sport. It involves athletic and artistic skills such as tumbling, jumps, partner stunts, pyramids, tosses, and dance routines, requiring physical strength, endurance, flexibility, and teamwork. While it originated in the US to support American sports teams, it has evolved into a global competitive activity recognized by the International Cheer Union (ICU)
